About the Founder

Hi, I’m Kaitlynne - the heart behind Mission Minded Event Co.

I am an inherent relationship-builder with extensive experience in event strategy, planning, and management for nonprofits, social impact spaces, and individuals. My work is deeply rooted in my belief that the world needs events and spaces for belonging now more than ever — for shared meaning, greater impact, and renewed purpose.

  • We contracted with Kaitlynne to help us plan a big community block party to commemorate our nonprofit's 60th anniversary. We had never hosted an event of this type or magnitude, so we needed a lot of help shaping it from the early stages of planning through the day of the event itself. We decided to work with Kaitlynne because of her proven track record of success with events over many years, but also because she let us lead with our vision. The way that she blended her own expertise with our knowledge of the community and organization was exactly what we were looking for. She helped us maintain the heart and spirit of our nonprofit through all aspects of the event.
