Welcome to Mission Minded Event Co! We're so glad you're here. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for working with us. By hiring us, you agree to these terms — let's make something amazing together!

1. Services

Mission Minded Event Co offers event planning services for:

  • Nonprofits

  • Corporations

  • Social Events

  • Weddings

  • Hotel Contract Negotiations

Our services are available through packages, custom quotes, commissions, and subscription-based services.

2. Booking & Payments

To secure our services, we require:

  • A non-refundable deposit once the contract is signed.

  • Payments are accepted via Squarespace invoicing (credit card, bank transfer, or other listed methods).

  • Final payment is due four days before the event.

  • Subscription services are paid upfront based on the agreed length of time.

Failure to pay final invoices on time may result in the cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward future services if the client reschedules with at least 30 days' notice.

  • Cancellations made without rescheduling are not eligible for a refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

  • All necessary event details, timelines, and contracts

  • Venue access and contact information

  • Branding assets (if applicable)

A signed contract is required before any work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All concepts, materials, and designs created by Mission Minded Event Co remain our property. Final materials are for the client’s use under the terms of the signed contract.

Unused concepts or proposals remain the property of Mission Minded Event Co and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to share any work we've created on our website, social media, or marketing materials — but we will never exploit or misrepresent our clients for our own gain.

6. Changes & Additional Services

Any changes to the agreed services must be confirmed in writing via email.

If additional services or significant modifications are requested, an hourly rate will be added on top of the original contract agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are committed to finding solutions that work best for everyone. However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (such as vendor cancellations, weather, or acts of nature).

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information and event details will be kept private until after the event.

With your permission, we may share photos, testimonials, and event stories on our website or social media to promote our business — always with respect and care.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
